Keeping My Feet Dry In My Hoser Classic Muck Boots

March 16th, 2010 | by internet |

I am unsure of your feelings, but by this time in the winter I’m usually wanting to stop playing penguin and let all the snow melt off. Needing to work outside is for the birds-by this I am talking about the penguins, not the smart birds that fly south for the winter. I’m forever struggling to find ways to keep my feet warm. Luckily, an extremely kind friend introduced me to Muck Boots. I got a set of Hoser Classic Muck boots, and now I will be complaining regarding the cold a great deal less. Which is good, as it doesn’t appear to be going away. What’s all this science buzz global warming, anyway?

Muck Boots are completely waterproof and warm. The Hoser Mucks model is available in two versions, a higher boot plus a mid level boot. I prefer the high type myself, since I appear to be fortunate to locate the deepest snowbanks when I’m outdoors, and hate to have snow creeping over the top of my boots. Both versions are plenty warm and dry, and guaranteed to stay warm at temps as low as ten degrees Fahrenheit. Who desires being outside when it gets any colder than that, anyway? These affordable work boots are really perfect for almost any job. I might challenge anyone to discover a greater outdoor work boot than these. Trust me when I tell you they have made my outdoor job far less unpleasant during our snowy winters.

So, these days, I almost find myself saying, “Bring on the snow, I could handle anything!” I stop myself before I am truly wishing just for this, but at least since I bought my Hoser Mucks boots I am aware I can handle almost any outdoor weather thrown my way. At the end of the day, my feet remain as warm and dry as they were when I first left for that day. They have a terrific outsole that will grip in any slippery conditions. The durable construction means that I am going to have them keeping me warm for years to come. Which can be convenient, since I have lots of years to go before I will retire!
